THE MANUFACTURING WORKSHOP PROCESS
3D STUDY AND DESIGN
As soon as you contact our Inflatable Agitators team, we will carefully study your request in order to design a high-quality inflatable structure that meets your requirements.
The manufacture of your inflatable structure begins with the design phase, during which we work closely with you to define your specific needs: size, shape, colours, logo and message to be conveyed.
Using a flat vector graphic file that you provide, we create a 3D model that allows you to visualise and imagine your inflatable POS display in a real-life situation. If necessary, it can be adjusted to meet your requirements.
Our designers work meticulously to design your inflatable POS display, down to the most complex details.
Whatever the project, whether it’s an inflatable POS display for a large retailer or a luxury store, for a trade show or a cultural event, this level of performance will always be our priority.
PRINTING ON TEXTILE CANVAS
For over 16 years, we have been using high-quality textile technology. We take great care in selecting our materials, applying rigorous standards and high expectations. Origin and traceability are essential to the creation of our inflatable advertising structures.
All our inflatable POS displays are made from exclusive, technical textiles sourced in France or Europe, which are fire-rated (M1 or M2) as required.
Committed to offering high-quality, eco-friendly advertising products, we print on lightweight, durable polyester fabric with a polyurethane coating.
We use sublimation, a digital printing technique that transfers your graphics onto polyester fabric and produces a perfectly realistic finish with exact colour matching.
The use of premium quality fabric allows us to design completely customised inflatable POS displays, without any constraints or limitations, and the most original giant inflatable structures.
CUTTING AND SEWING
The manufacturing process includes cutting and sewing the various parts of the structure. The elements are sewn together to ensure perfect resistance to any test. The attachment points for the guy ropes and the ventilation system are integrated at this stage.
Our inflatable POS displays operate using two technologies: forced air or captive air. Forced air allows for rapid inflation using a small, continuous air blower with low energy consumption. With captive air, the POS display is 100% self-sufficient. It is inflated using an external inflator.
Once your inflatable structure has been manufactured, it is checked and tested. It is then folded and stored in its carry bag. Ropes and anchor stakes are included for structures intended for outdoor use.
Resistant to impact and UV rays, your inflatable structure can be used for many years. However, it is recommended that you clean it with clean water if it becomes dirty and store it in a dry place in its carry bag.
Finally, we manage the shipment of your inflatable structure(s) to one or more delivery points, in France or abroad.
