Decathlon supports the riders of the ‘Hell of the North’ with a Van Rysel inflatable arch!

An inflatable arch for a legendary race in France! The Van Rysel brand entrusted us for this major sporting event.

A 257.2 km route and nearly 30 cobbled sections… It was indeed the ‘Queen of the Classics’ that took place on Sunday 17 April!

Paris-Roubaix, one of the oldest cycling races, created in 1896 by Théodore Vienne, was back for its 119th edition.

The Flandrienne has been held every year to this day, interrupted only by the two world wars and the Covid-19 pandemic. Accessibility to sport and introducing people to it are at the heart of DECATHLON‘s business.

In addition, AIRSYSTEMS has been working with the DECATHLON brand for several years to enable everyone to discover different sports disciplines. Cycling is part of VAN RYSEL’s DNA, which is why we support and promote the brand at their various cycling events.

A 3.50 metres high inflatable arch is deployed in the heart of the Van Rysel village. The Flemish cycling brand and official partner of the Cofidis cycling team came to support the riders on the course.
